Die langj\u00e4hrigen Hofyogis kennen sicherlich Ingrid\/Karuna, die fr\u00fcher bei uns unterrichtet hat. Wir hatten die Idee zu einer gemeinsamen Spendenaktion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingrid h\u00e4lt am Samstag, den 26.10. bei Yoga im Hof eine Spenden-Yogastunde<\/strong>. Inhaltlich wird sich die Yogastunde mit R\u00fccken und Gelenken<\/strong> befassen und Ingrid wird auch ihr Harmonium<\/strong> zum Mantra-Singen<\/strong> mitbringen (-:
Die Stunde ist f\u00fcr alle geeignet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dabei stellt Ingrid ihr Karuna Shop Projekt<\/strong> vor. Ehrenamtliche Kreative fertigen aus Stoffspenden Yoga-Artikel (Meditationskissen, Bolster, Augenkissen, Socken etc.), welche auf Spendenbasis weitergegeben werden. Die Spenden flie\u00dfen dann vollst\u00e4ndig in ein ausgesuchtes Projekt. Ingrid wird einige Yoga-Artikel aus dem Karuna Shop zur Stunde mitbringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alle Spenden <\/strong>an diesem Nachmittag gehen zu 100%<\/strong> an die Hospiz Gruppe „Albatros“<\/a><\/strong>, einen ambulanten Hospizdienst in Augsburg, den wir pers\u00f6nlich kennen und sch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
