Wir starten mit Asanas, mal sanft, mal kraftvoll, mal statisch, mal flie\u00dfend. Pranayama\u00fcbungen schlie\u00dfen sich direkt an um den Atem zu verfeinern und den Geist zu beruhigen. K\u00f6rper- und Atem\u00fcbungen sind die beste Vorbereitung f\u00fcr eine anschlie\u00dfende ca. 15-20 Min\u00fctige Meditation, in der Regel im Sitzen, aber auch in Bewegung.   \u00a0Du lernst verschiedene Meditationstechniken kennen und \u00fcbst in der Gruppe, was sehr unterst\u00fctzend sein kann. Die Stunde ist f\u00fcr alle geeignet, die Grundkenntnisse in Yoga haben und Interesse an (wieder vertiefter) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tk.de\/techniker\/magazin\/life-balance\/aktiv-entspannen\/meditationsexperte-ulrich-ott-interview-2007132?tkcm=ab\">Meditationspraxis<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stunde wird \u00fcber die Wintermonate angeboten von November bis M\u00e4rz.
