Wer noch nie da war und \/ oder keine Erfahrungen mit AcroYogaJams hat, hier eine kurze Beschreibung: <span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nAcroYoga ist eine Verbindung aus Akrobatik, Yoga und Massage \u2013 mal kraftvoll-sportlich-verspielt, mal meditativ-entspannend, immer gemeinsam in Bewegung. Wir \u00fcben Gewicht zu \u00fcbernehmen und abzugeben, (non-)verbal zu kommunizieren und zu vertrauen. Das ist eine einzigartige Erfahrung, wundersch\u00f6n und verbindend.<br \/>\nBeim Jam gibt es keine feste Lehrperson, wir lernen von- und miteinander interaktiv und selbstbestimmt und die Inhalte der Stunden entwickeln sich im gemeinsamen Spiel. Zu Beginn leiten wir einige aufw\u00e4rmende, einstimmende, kr\u00e4ftigende Spiel- und \u00dcbungsformen an und dann \u00fcben wir in Kleingruppen akrobatische und akroyogische Inhalte. Am Schluss k\u00f6nnen alle die Lust haben an einer kleine ThaiYogaMassage-Einheit teilnehmen.<br \/>\nYoga im Hof spendet uns den \u00dcbungsraum und ihr spendet uns einen frei gew\u00e4hlten Beitrag f\u00fcr einen guten Zweck (wird am Jam selbst bekannt gegeben). <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Kommt vorbei und probiert es aus!<br \/>\nLena und Kathi<a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogaimhof.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/14-2436-post\/ACRO-JAM.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEUE TERMINE: 2.5. und 6.6. und 4.7.
